Today such a bad day. i am really in a bad mood i think i look like a fool today, and i really hate it.
When everything go wrong they will keep calling "Chen Pheng" "Chen Pheng" but when they are having fun will they think of Chen pheng? Lol i doubt so. i try to be kind and responsible but in the end all i get is people take me for granted. And when you are the one that make mistake you still can joke and laugh thinking that it is just a small matter, why do you have to make me do double job? don't you know that you are wasting my time! you already know that you can't attend on that date yet you still want me to send you for course wtf is wrong with you this people? sometimes is Easier said than done. i keep everything to myself cause i don want to make things ugly.

It's been a while haha seriously i think i should blog more often, i have been qutie busy for the past 2 mth cause lot of deployments going on and lot of plans going on too :) and i am qutie looking forward for the oversea trip to phuket on 27 october. And i am glad that there is a new replacement to help me out in the office at least he can help me lesser my workload. And i realise lot of misunderstanding happen during the past 2 months, sometimes i don't really bother to explain myself or even reply cause i don't feel the need to but then if i choose to explain it i guess things will turn out better but still at the point of time i really think there is a need to continue the conversation. Maybe that's why i always say we human tend to complicate things..

For the past few weeks my i have heard alot of my friends complaining about their NS life but for me i am quite enjoying my ns life but somehow the workload is quite alot for a SC and the pay is too little but i will always tell myself i am lucky to have a very good Ma'am and know quite alot of nice people in the division, and lastly i can book out everyday need not to report to camp Etc... so i must be content.

Don't always think of others first sometimes you need be more selfish and think about yourself first.

Last year this day everything was so different, Last year May i am in camp training for my BMT and now i am working at my DIV haha somehow kinda miss the camp life too but i would still prefer to be outside cause i hate to book in and book out so troublesome. Tonight gonna work night shift again i just hope it went smoothly sometimes it is really messy too much people can really be a chaos. somehow i just wish life could be simple we humans tend to complicate things.

Its been quite a while since my last update.
Things have been going well for me at least for now, report for my duty already. I must say this is my first time working in office everything is different, I have to double check all the spelling mistake and keep on checking and checking before i send out my email): cause my English sucks
and have to answer calls, and some paper work to do.But at least i am still doing well for the past few weeks, and had been going out the past few weeks to meet up my friends and catch up with them and update about each others life.Somehow everybody is moving towards their own goal and i am glad to see that some of my friends has been doing good, Seems like i am the only one still doing nothing HA. And i am really glad that i am able to walk now though my leg is still having pain muscle ache all this but i am glad that i am normal (: i hope to get better and walk like a normal person.

I am starting to walk now finally but still learning and i walk kinda slow. The feeling is weird everywhere i go people give me a look make me feel kinda awkward. I don know why now that i can walk i didn't really dare to go out, i went out twice only. 1 is with sur hui to have dinner around my house area coffee shop and another 1 is to northpoint with augustine. Although is not very far but i took out alot of courage to go to these 2 places. one of the reasons is because i am still learning how to walk so i don't really have any balance and i am walking quite slow especially when i am about to cross the road i really scare that the car will bang into me. And also i don know why i am kinda insecure whenever i am outside maybe i just need more time to adapt it. And also For the past 6 months i had been staying at home and now i need to start to change to have a different lifestyle. i am kinda worried for myself also.

Happy 2011, my New year resolution is to have Great Health. I must recover soon and start to walk asap! And i shall post some of my wishes for 2011

1.Be healthy don need to go to hospital so often and learn to walk asap.

2.All my family and Friends To be healthy and safe(:

3.Earn alot of money And i really mean ALOT i wish to save alot of money too hope i don have any financial problem this year.

Last day of 2010 yet another year i am actually quite looking forward to 2011 i hope it will be a good year for me. Anw this year really had lot of things happened like i went to hospital for my surgery and what happened to my leg.. And during May i went to Ns. The life in camp are quite fun i still remember the days during camp, and iknow some new friends there like chun kiat ,wei jie , kumar , mustafa and Alex tay, haha but we always bully Alex lol.Come to think of it i used to be a very good student when i was young during primary and secondary School life i didnt really bully anyone but maybe i can use the word disturb. But when i was in Ite i started to bully A guy call Vincent,and during Ns we bully alex i think i really must apologize to them seriously. Actually i still got more to post but due to some reasons i cant post them online so yup.shall update again Next year =P

Come to think of it Last yr during July till December i always complained that i wan more time to sleep and rest at home And this year seriously i spent almost 5 month now resting at home because of my leg..Seriously i don know whether i should be happy or sad anw today is Christmas Eve my Christmas wish shall be i can recover real Fast better asap!! And i can start to walk by Jan.Actually i have alot of wish but i shall not be Greedy =D still but still i shall post some here. i wish that i have no more health problem next year no need to go to hospital so often,balance up my time and earn more money make more Friends =) And all my family members to be safe and happy everyday.

Its been a few weeks already i am still having my Mc and i still cant walk :/ gonna wait until my nxt review which is Sept 8. I really wish that by then i can be able to stand on my feet and start to walk again.Anyway i have been thinking about a mistake i did a few months back.I really do regret alot this few days i kept thinking what if i do it another way, what if i jus walk away, what if i didnt say those thing, "What if , what if" i know is not gonna help cause what happen had already happen what is the point to think when nothing is gonna change.But still in my mind i still hope for something.There is so much i need to say.

Finally Ns BMT is finish but still cant POC yet due to NDP and SYOG.And i am glad that i pass my Law Test.And know quite a number of new friends there lol somehow kinda miss the life in there. Anw the bad news for me is to go for a Surgery tomorrow at NUH :/ I hope i will be fine after this i don wish to go through it again.The doctor told me alot of negative things that will happen after the surgery so yup kinda worry about it too.But i Hope none of it will happen to me.

Today date is May 24 hmm come to think of it last year during these time i am still in Ite studying or after school Me and my friend will always find place to hangout till night then we go home.I really does enjoy those time,not much of rules and having no worrys in what i want to do sometimes it does feel great to think about the past. somehow i think of how my life is spend during last year hmm during attachment is kinda tiring for me cause i only have 1 off day and sometimes spend the off day going out = no off day at all.but overall i still enjoy it. Now i am serving my Ns hmm time is kinda tight cause my intake is really troublesome and we still have to study for law.Anyway this is life so yup.Gonna update again nxt week.

OFF DAY!!!!
Damn boring with work zz is totally no life at all everyday work like dog and i hate the china worker that give me attitude i Wan to leave ASAP!! Anw work have been ok. And now i am even doing cake counter seem like i learn almost everything at canele already but still my speed is still average so i guess that is the only thing i really have to buck up and sometimes i really cant focus on my work everyday morning shift report at 7 went home at maybe 8 plus or even till closing have to do orders and Mise en place now even cakes And almost all of the people there are new staff only Yan ping can help me sometimes so i am like super "bao gah leow" have to do everything for them. But now due to my lazyness i push everything to all the 3 New staff let them handle all the things and i do less haha!!
And Yesterday is Mid autumn festival kinda boring i only like the part when we play with the lantern.

Finally after so so so many days of work i can get to update my blog :) Hmm nothing much to update actually work as per normal but now i am working morning shift damn early sia zz this few days report to work at 7 am and work still 6pm 11hrs per day. i don really like to work for so long have too little time to rest. And my workplace is lack of man power!! only 4 people in the kitchen and i have worked alone in the kitchen only me myself doing all the order my self zz is damn MA FAN AR!!! and we have to do alot of mise en place everyday the stupid De yu(One of the china worker at canele) everyday give me a fucking long mise en place list make me had to come at 7am to complete all thing b4 Breakfast start!! And breakfast start at 8 30 Am so i only have 1hr 30 mins to do all the mise en place and get ready for breakfast and to keep all cakes macarons,cookies,bread damn lot things la! Anw i don like to work morning shift damn lots of things to settle think gonna change back to afternoon shift about a month so for now i have to tahan!!

Jus came back from my work :) nth special today went to work at 2pm is great haha i only need to do order and some mise en place and today i cooked the staff meal i was quite worry that people will complain about the food taste bad or something but lucky it turn out great no complain and people seems to enjoy their food haha.
Some good and bad news for me the bad news is i might be moving back to RW again zz maybe during October i am quite confuse don know whether i wan to stay in paragon or go back to RW cause i am used working at paragon and now going to change location is like so troublesome zz.And the good news is that i am going to have my OT next month haha which means more $$
haha Anw i still haven got my first pay yet haha cause i didnt have the time to go cash out my cheque and the first thing i wanna buy is pillow haha i had been slping without pillow for like don know how many yrs already.And one last thing i am having my offday at sunday and i request to have my nxt off day on monday so i can have 2days off haha smart right. .shall go and slp now tomolo working at 12 pm zz sian!!

Today went for the army check up waste my time only i only got 1 off day then have to do it during my off day zz.after my check up went to slp for a while cause i jus didnt have enough slp. everyday i slp at 2 am woke up at 10am then have to go to work at 11am then after my work reach home at around 11-11 30 depends on the closing time. this is my daily timetable haha boring right when i reach home i only got 2hrs to use comp or watch TV. Only 2hrs of entertainment and the next day is about work and mise en place again :(

Anw things are getting better now can handle almost all station already but still there are things i still don know yet but now at least i like to work during weekdays haha cause the order come in slowly.And lucky This week i am doing closing with Yan ping haha i prefer doing closing then breakfast cause i still don know how to cook a single thing on the breakfast menu.

And there is a chalet this coming monday for all the canele staff haha don feel like going cause we still have to work the next day is like so Wtf lor cant they jus let us enjoy LIFE ISNT ABOUT WORKING ONLY!! i jus don feel like going and my chef is forcing me to go and i heard even the service staff are being force to go too how can we have fun like that zz Enough of my post already shall update during my next offday:)

Today is my off day again!! yeah haah time faster pass until DEC!!!! This week had been a scolding week for me haha everyday sia cause i am doing closing so have to check all the mise en place all this and that so many things sia and last order ends at 9 30pm so have to do orders while doing mise en place at the same time is not easy and some more the kitchen is so small so when i cannot finish my things on time i get scolding from my chef:( and i don know why i kept making alot of mistake during my work and i get scolding again lol suay!! but sometimes i still enjoy working in the kitchen sometimes is fun and i get to eat alot of wrong order food haha and this week finally i get to cook pasta but the plating is hard must make the pasta got 'height' quite hard to do it still learning :)

After 9 days of work finally is my off day. working is damn boring cause every day i report at 12 and go home at around 11++ no life at all cant spend more times with my family and friends anw i am still learning some of the new menu.And Sat ying ying came to find me haha she bought some cakes but sorry i cant give u any discount cause i am still new staff haha And sunday Ray and Jeremy came to find me too and my chef give me a 30mins break so i had my dinner with them and get to know more info about some of my classmates hmm quite sad that 1 of them are being fired and some don feel like carry on. .hmm i jus hope that everyone can carry on and pass their attachment haha still looking forward to Dec 15 that is the time when i finish my attachment!! And 1 great thing working in the kitchen is when the orders keep coming in the time passes damn fast. And i hate doing last order haha.

Today is my off day i have been working there for around 4 days already yesterday i work till midnight 1 plus quite alot of things to settle sia went to paragon and went back to clarke quay again after that chef bought mac for us haha Anw finally i know some of the people there erm 1 from class CA his name is alvin,and another 1 is call nat people call her ah neh haha say that she is from India haha! anw she teach me how to do macarons haha thx for the recipe. and there is no off for me nxt week cause is the opening for paragon heard that is going to be damn busy! anw now i am still waiting for my chef to sms me my time table for tomolo plz no morning Shift!!!

Yesterday was my first day at Canele.Is quite a good working place they don care about long hairs and u can even wear jeans in the kitchen haha not much rules some are even using Handphone zz. And when i report there for about 30mins and they ask me to cook mushroom soup already Lol Fast right and i cook 2 BIG pot of mushroom soup took me 4Hrs!! from morning till noon. .after i done my mushroom soup already have my lunch break the staff meal is not for human to eat de the rice is like Rock ar so hard. After that went to meet my chef in charge he is partick he is quite a good chef to me cause he give me all the recipe and let me copy it and teach me steps by steps and telling me things that i don know. Did 2 Dressing with him house dressing and Mustard Dressing. And some bad news :( i will be moving to Paragon Canele nxt week with chef partick zz cause is a new opening at Paragon so i will be changing to the new outlet Anw i shall update again when i am free hmm.

Alright i had finish my interview on friday and hopefully i can get in so now i am waiting for a very important call haha. .

Today went to school for fund raising and lifeskill project woke up at morning 6 15Am and is raining heavily zz ok then fund raising jus sell french fries and ended at around 2 plus and we took some photos for the FBEC project too! After school went to tiong bahru to take badminton racket from augustine and some stuff for our lifeskill project. Then went to hougang to find 1 room flat de HDB we got lost half way and wasted quite alot of time finding it.While we were still finding for the HDB. We found a badminton court haha and so Lizheng say he wanna had a match with augustine and so jason and me also join in.Loser out winner in haha and so we played for 20 mins! Idk why i enjoy playing badminton with my ite mates then my friends seriously i thought it would be another way round.

After the match we continue with our project and it ended around 6 30. so i rush back to yishun to play badminton with sur hui and jiaen i reached there around 7 15 and we played till 8 30pm. .Didnt really enjoy it.

Alright Tuesday Went to school for our fund raising nth much jus to help out but i didnt really do anything haha jus do my support by buying 1packet of french fries! And yesterday got a call from Canelé they say i am shortlisted for an interview. At first i am not sure where is it but when they send me the email with more information i was shocked! isnt this for pastry? so after more explanation from my friend Ray i know that there is hot kitchen inside too. Alright i must update already is been a week Lol cause i too lazy so didnt spend time to update my blog(: And there is something wrong with my monitor is going to spoil soon and i think i have been quite unlucky for this whole month! Today went to school for P.E was quite angry when i hear that today don have to come for P.E.
But still we get to play badminton enjoy alot afterall so i think is still worth it cause i am having fun with my friends! But in the afternoon i am having bad headache cause i didn't have my breakfast! Anw in the afternoon we were having our fund raising and my group is selling Curry puff, But because of some reasons decided not to sell so we start to help out other groups with their food TEAMWORK! and lot of things happen.

Went back home after school and now i am here to blog! actually i have nothing to do so i went to look at my Blog Archive which is from June till now and is quite interesting to read the post u posted! Lol and i actually miss the time during amber Lol and how we learn to cook during Demo and training! And how we work-ed together at The F1 Race event At shangri-la ,rasa sentosa,Zoo, projects stuff and many more! At least i know that i am not wasting my time at ITE! i think i enjoy alot from LAst year till now HAHa. and only left a few months and we are off to attachment zz And i really think that this blog is very useful to me cause i think when i grow up till 70++ i can still use this blog to read what actually happen during the times when i was 18, 25, 30 and so on and i find it meaningful! And i am really enjoying school everyday!(:

Today is Valentine day :D

And i am happy to receive a message from Mervin today haha he smsed me that the cake we baked on Thursday had a good remark from his family and friends (: I am glad that the cake turn out to be good cause i am not really good at baking cake is only my third time doing it.And now he want me to teach him to make cookies Lol.

Friday friday today went to school for lesson didnt late this time(: but lesson was really boring Cv and cover letter finally done! And i am really worry for my attachment sia! Finally at least 1 project is submit.Yesterday rush my project until 4 am sia regret for doing last minute work and i am late for school today cause i was so tired and i woke up at 8 am quite worry about my project cause i only have 8 pages while the rest have about 13-20 pages Wa seriously sia i stress sia scared i cant do well for this project i don wanna my GPA to drop!
After school went to bugis to search for new menu took us 4 hrs to settle it down is not easy to set a menu. .after that went home to buy dinner for my sis cause she is sick): Anw i still got 2 more project to go 1 is Life skill another is the FBEC i really really hope i can do it well!

Oh ya and we mus find a place for our attachment and i wan to attach at zoo leh Lol cause is really nice working at there! And tomolo will be going to school for P.E and we still got another important mission that is to protect shah HAHA don know what will happen tomolo jus hope we wont get another scolding from mdm again!

Yeah i am finally free to blog haha this 2 weeks really had alot of things happen,went to zoo for interview,competition,fund raising,car washing for group 2,went shangri-la to work,demo for our friends cum fund raising for group 1 and went out to bought my chinese new year de new shirt!!

Alright yesterday went to work at sentosa been taking order and shouting for the whole night lol and the people there is damn funny working at there is more fun haha!!Shah and Ray really make me laugh haha Shah got a bit drunk some of his action make me lol!And looking at ray face already make me laugh haha especially when i mix the Bacardi coke for him his facial expression is like LoL!!And we get a lot of free drinks!! And my favourite drink is Bacardi with coke(: worked from 8pm till Today 7am tired sia! after work went to vivo waiting for 1 stupid shop to open zz wait until 10+ sia then bought subway!Me and you yi was like first time ordering subway so a bit blur la and we look like retard lol.Then took 855 home. reached home about 12 plus slp for 4 hours.Then had dinner with my family yum yum! Merry Christmas

Went to watch the movie Bedtime Stories Lol is really a great show rated it 8/10 and is really damn funny!Hmm find out that there is alot of nice movies out there and i still haven watch twilight and Yesman! Anw after the movie slack a while till 4 plus then Shah and augustine went off first left me and ray waiting for the stupid first train! and the first train took damn long to come while going back home saw ying ying AGAIN and shi wei. Slp from 7 am till noon had my lunch then i went to slp again haha i jus don know why today i feel so sleepy and this is how i celebrate my Christmas day sleeping! haha Anw now i am going to have dinner wit my parents.

Finally a day to rest(:
Yesterday basketball match was not that good haha injury all over.I had a deep cut on my leg then still got 2 blister on my foot then sprain my ankle too somemore xuan yan still poke my eyes and i knock-ed on ray in the end i got blue black suay sia!!And i cant stand for very long becos of the blister i have to walk very slow like a old man but overall is fun playing with them.And i feel like going for a swim or play basketball again haha i think i am addicted to this 2 sports. Did some research for my coming competition in February.Then spend the whole day with my com and Psp(: And i don feel like going out tomolo also haha cause i still wanna rest at home.Ok going to buy my dinner and have a gd rest later BYE~

Tuesday didnt get to go for the interview cause Xuan yan cancel it!! lol so spend the whole day at vivo.Went to catch a movie call wild child haha nice show i rate it 8/10.
Wednesday went to swim again saw ying shi on the way haha she look so sotong lor!Then went to vivo AGAIN!! went to sentosa for the interview think the pay is around 7-8 dollars nt bad la (: and there is alot of us sia i bring 1 friend along which is youyi then xuan yan bring 4 friends and there is still ray,sera and cecilia and augustine the biggest winner he bring 5 friends along total i think got abt 16 of us went for a job interview lol quite alot sia. Then spend the whole day at vivo AGAIN!! I HATE Vivo lol i also don know why zz and ray is damn funny today lol joker of the day.And i am so tired sia sick of going out already haha hopefully friday i can rest at home and slp!!

Sunday went out with youyi and his friend ken to queensway and i saw 1 adidas shirt which i saw at leftfoot the design nt bad but is quite expensive so i think i will buy it at leftfoot i still wanna buy a jacket at topman and a shoe maybe puma if i cant find another design! all this i need $$ so i really shld start saving now! Today is Tricia Birthday Happy Birthday(:

ok i shall start with yesterday.Went to school for the 3 courses i did french onion soup with bread toast for my starter then dory fish for my main course and lastly chocolate cake for my dessert didnt took any pics of it cause i didnt have the time but hope i did well for it(: Then at night meet up with shah,ray,augustine and shantal and Lizheng came late damn late!! We were slacking at clark quay waiting for Lizheng to come he until 1++ then came sia but we get to sit the Bungy for free haha worth it overall is fun and we are not prepare when they shoot us up cause we were still talking to each other and another second we were at the top haha damn fast and is really fun wanna try again sia anw thx Lizheng for letting us sit for free(=After that went to drink with them but i didnt cause i don wanna to drink beer jus slack and chat with them until 4 am then i went home.

Today damn suay seriously guess what i went to school jus to sign a paper then i went home ZZ it took me abt 2 and a half hour for the trip to clementi then from clementi back to yishun then went to swim in the afternoon rain sia so no sun burn haha good!Went for a haircut then went to northpoint to buy my hair dye then went to Novena to meet up with Tricia,sur hui,jiaen and bikui had dinner i must say not a wonderful dinner cause there is like so small and i feel very heaty after the swim and i am seriously lack of sleep so i mus slp more this few days haha

Yesterday am tired and fun.

First went to school for test and revision then went to sentosa to get our pay hmm quite little haha cause i only work for 2 days but the experience is worth it then went to vivo with augustine and ray.. 2 days of work is over haha so fast sia feel like working for a few more days leh 2 day is not enough!! overall the chef there is very good and they are very fast,and when we make some mistake they didnt scold us but teach us the correct method.And i get to try the best sandwiches in the world haha not joking the chef won the world champion sandwiches at France.

And we went to the coffe shop at habourfront there to have our dinner after the work. hello!! ok yesterday went to school for amber hmm quite alot of people didnt come and many station onli left 2 people.I was in the saucier station but sous chef change me to pasta station quite worry at first scared i wasnt fast enough and didnt remember know what to do and now i am alone .LOL but lucky didnt make any mistake but the first 2 plate of carbonara mdm yi peng say too dry lucky there is chicken stock to make it watery HAHA.
And with the help of yuan yang keep on saute the sauce lol and something happen in the kitchen when we were cooking half way the gas went off lol was like how to cook without gas? lucky onli left 2 plates of order and we cook it in time haha gd team work HAHA and that is it ok shall stop here

went to work at shangri la for 2 days first day saw jason zz he work never say de always so solo zz anw worked from 10-4 quite relax la .Sunday also worked from 4-10 haha but sunday very busy ar so many things to do and there is those chef from other country came to shangri la.

Went to school on monday and tuesday lesson for milk product and MPC both day end-ed early and Wed-friday due to the world skill competition so we have 3 day off haha good sia

went to shangri la for the F1 event haha 3 days work for more than 12hr a day
Quite tired but the pay is not bad la so worth it and can watch the Race for Free somemore. learn many things at there and have a lot of fun wit Yuan yang ,Augustine and Lizheng LOL 3 JKER of the day Lucky we can work together if not i will be DAMN boring!

Finally came to update my blog haha cause jus finish the tapas competition on Wednesday and my team came in third haha didnt knew we could won anw am veri happy for it. friday went back to school for the tapas recipe cause we got to improve on it so went back for 2 hrs lol after school went to play Dota with shah,ray and kian ann we will having fun and shouting all the way haha in the end lost 3 matches anw winning isnt important as long as we have fun haha . . Today stay at home play dota and gunz for the whole day yah i like to stay at home and play games i don know why lol but i jus enjoy it so much. .went to have lunch wit sur hui at Xin Hua the Lor Mee at there si bei nice sia!! then headed home again Dota!! Jus finish playing dota so came to update.Alright this week had been cooking nonstop for our test and the tapas thing so tired everyday go to different places to buy equipment and ingredients and our plating so much thing to settle!! And lucky our project is done!! And my Team get the Best Menu HAHA we spend $60 jus for the menu quite expensive but is worth it.
